In every aspect, the IASLC World Conference on Lung Cancer 2017 was an outstanding success and it couldn’t have been done without our fantastic partners. Congress Corporation was subcontracted by ICS to assist in many of the various logistics of the conference. All these services have been fulfilled professionally and seamlessly and we are very grateful for the support we have received by the Congress Corporation staff. We found that Congress Corporation was very committed to our partnership and that made our work so much easier.

I am writing to thank you and your team for the outstanding work that you did for our 2017 Spring Membership Meeting in Tokyo last week. The professionalism and knowledge of your team created a flawless event onsite. While each and every team member we worked with was magnificent, we want to especially recognize some of the main team members who managed our event and went above and beyond our expectations.
Most importantly, we would like to recognize Aiko Yamahata for her hard work and continued dedication for our event over the past 6 months. She worked so diligently on ensuring that all the details were executed for the entire event.
Your team made managing our event easy, and therefore made it a success! … We look forward to working together again

The Preparatory Meeting of the Global Fund 5th Replenishment was held in Tokyo on 16-17 December 2015. This high profile meeting was attended by some 150 participants from around the world including Ministerial level delegates.
I was delighted with the level of service provided by Mr. Masahiko Hagiwara and his team. From coordinating transportation for VIPs, to organizing complex audiovisual requirement, to providing event management support during the Preparatory Meeting, all tasks were completed to perfection which contributed to the very smooth execution of the event overall.
