President's Message

Contributing to solving issues in society today through engaging in communication

Congrès Inc.’s corporate philosophy has 3 basic principles: 1. Commitment to putting quality first, 2. Contribution to society through regional development and internationalization and 3. Capable staff gathered together as part of the Congrès team.
Since our founding in 1990, we have been consistently engaged in communication, dedicating our efforts to choreographing fora where people come together and interact, in the hope that these connections will serve to promote mutual understanding around the globe.

One of our core businesses focuses on supporting and fostering MICE* events that are fora for communication. We manage meetings & events that debate and identify solutions to issues in society today, ranging from management of international conferences between governments, to medical and academic association meetings that publish cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs and research outcomes, which in turn lead to development of related fields and industries. Managing these kinds of meetings, we can act to advance interaction and exchange of ideas between people, which are indispensable to this process.
Congrès is pursuing sustainable growth of our business and employees, supporting fora for communication in various ways – spaces where new knowledge is generated and through which innovations are pioneered to benefit future generations. We are privileged to contribute in this way to achieving progress in academic, scientific and industrial fields, in solving issues in today’s society and in realizing a society advocated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promise of “Leave No One Behind.”

Furthermore, Congrès subscribes to the Japan Business Federation’s (Keidanren) “Society 5.0 for SDGs” proposal and intends to proactively take on the challenge of creating new methods and fora for communication for the future, through which we hope to contribute to healthy and sustainable development for humankind.
