To promote good health management, we have made a "Declaration on Time Management" in order to continuously provide high-quality services to our customers while ensuring legal compliance as well as the health and growth of our employees and the well-being of their families.
While striving to improve our services, we will also rationalize and streamline our operations. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation when we need to consult or make requests regarding how we proceed with our work.

Congrès Inc.’s Declaration on Time Management (Excerpt)
- In principle, calls and emails outside of working hours from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM on working days and on holidays are prohibited. (On-site staff of operated facilities will have separate settings based on the operating hours of the facility.)
- Night work from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM is prohibited. (However, if unavoidable due to operational needs, shifts will be arranged. In such cases, care will be taken to ensure that working hours per shift do not result in overtime.)
- Working for 7 days consecutively is prohibited. (A day off must be taken before reaching the 7th day.)
- Even during busy periods, overtime beyond statutory working hours should not exceed 45 hours per month in principle. (The guideline is no more than 3 hours per day on average, with no work on holidays.)
- For work or business trips on holidays, compensatory time off or alternative holidays must be taken.
Please note that, as a result, responses or requests may be affected as follows:
- For unplanned work, we may not be able to accept it after consultation. If the work is essential, we may ask for an extension of the deadline.
- If contacted outside of business hours, our reply or response may be delayed. (Our business hours: Weekdays 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- For work requiring long hours, such as on-site operations, we may assign it through rotating shifts.
- Please schedule meetings and appointments within the above business hours wherever possible.
