Congress Corporation was proud to be appointed as PCO for the G8 HokkaidoToyako Summit and related meetings & events. We were honored to cooperate with and work under the direction of the Japanese government and local host organizations, and all of the meetings concluded successfully.

40 Heads of State from African countries gathered in Japan to attend TICAD IV and this related event, the presentation ceremony.
The Commemorative Banquet was held in the presence of Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan.

The official logo, designed in-house, featured the famous apple of Aomori Prefecture and enjoyed great popularity with the local hosts.

Japan's symbol, Mt. Fuji, and Tokyo Tower were incorporated into the design for the meeting's emblem.
Ministers from the G8 and other countries enjoyed Tokyo's vibrant metropolis and hospitality during the meeting.
