The 2nd International Space Exploration Forum (ISEF2) was held in March 3, 2018 in Tokyo.

Congress Corporation supported the organization of The 2nd International Space Exploration Forum (ISEF2) held in March 3, 2018 in Tokyo, hosted by H.E. Mr. Yoshimasa Hayashi, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan with cooperation from the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), Cabinet Office, Government of Japan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.

This meeting gathered space domain experts including high-level government officials, ministerial representatives and space agency directors, from 45 countries/regions around the globe that are interested and active in space exploration. The participants presented their latest plans and activities in each country. The Joint Statement and Tokyo Principles for International Space Exploration along with Terms of Reference were announced as outcomes of the meeting at the Closing Session, which indicate a direction for progressing forward in future space exploration.
