Dialogue between Congrès Inc. and JR East featured in an article on the “Takanawa Gateway City” urban development project

East Japan Railway Company (hereafter, JR East) is progressing with the urban planning of “Takanawa Gateway City (tentative name),” Phase I of their Shinagawa development project.
Congrès Inc., a partner in attracting international conventions and operating facilities at the “Takanawa Convention Center (tentative name)” in Complex Building I (scheduled to open in March 2025) adjacent to Takanawa Gateway Station in Tokyo, is working together with JR East to develop the city through leveraging MICE.

As a part of this project, AMANAI Yoshiya, Manager of Shinagawa Unit, Machizukuri Department, Marketing Division, JR East, and NISHIMURA Ikuko, in charge of international conventions at Congrès Inc., had a dialogue on urban planning utilizing the next-generation MICE facility, “Takanawa Convention Center (tentative name),” and the future of MICE.
