Creating fora that stimulate communication and where new ideas are generated.
This is one of the concepts that Congrès Inc. values and we endeavored to reflect this in the design for our new Tokyo headquarters’ spaces.

Projection mapping enhances our logo!
Natural light brightens the corridor.

With plenty of natural light, the space also offers staff a change of scene, more conducive to generation of novel ideas, for example when rehearsing a presentation for clients.
Fully-equipped with A/V hardware and technology for webinar broadcasting, etc.

This meeting room with sofas offers a relaxed atmosphere.
All meeting rooms feature glass walls.
WORK SPACE
Lots of spaces were created to stimulate communication.
Utilized on a daily basis for briefings and more.
Staff can work at the counter as well as in the diner-style booths.
Spaces for communication just inside the office entrance.
Introducing a clean desk policy enables a “free address” work environment.
Working area and communication spaces are situated close to each other.
BREAK SPACE
A café-style space for breaks.
Take a break at this counter by the big windows.
Flexible spaces can be used for meetings and breaks.
Simply by lowering a screen, this break space can double as a presentation rehearsal area.
