Service Steps of Facility Operation
Service Steps of Facility Development
How Congrès Prepares for Opening Based on Know-how and Data
To prepare for the opening of a facility, our facility operations professionals check the actual site and make the necessary preparations based on objective data and our accumulated know-how.
We will perform the operational tasks necessary for the start-up of the facility, such as arranging equipment and preparing manuals, in a deft and efficient manner.
Inspection of the Latest Facilities
As part of our consulting services for the management of new facilities, we provide information on attractive, up-to-date facilities in Japan and abroad, introduce them, arrange and accompany inspection tours, and provide advice from an operational perspective.
We will show you how visitors view the facility from an operational perspective. Let’s work together to create an attractive facility!
A Featured Case
Team Building for Facility Staff
AOAO SAPPORO
AOAO SAPPORO, an urban aquarium in Sapporo, Hokkaido, conducted “riddle-solving training” for customer service staff for the purpose of team building. The key points were to solve the puzzles together and act and think together. The questions covered various topics, so participants could use their own strengths and engage in conversation as they headed to the different mission sites. The event served to deepen the team’s bond.
